Updates and Announcements

We have 10 days left! Students are definitely getting antsy for the end of the year and to move on to 6th grade.

Students will be taking the long Singapore assessment this week. Rest assured, students will have multiple days to complete the test.

We are looking forward to honoring our fifth-grade scholars promotion to sixth grade at on Wednesday, May 24th a 5:30 pm. Students should wear semi-formal clothes of their choice to this event. Boys should wear trousers, a collared shirt, and dress shoes, and girls may wear an outfit appropriate for a religious service or wedding, such as a nice dress. Students should arrive by 5:15 and will be directed to sit with their class. We will have a ceremony for the students and the PSO will have refreshments to enjoy after it is over. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you know your child will not be able to attend. We are excited to celebrate with you!

We have an end of the year celebration on the last day of school. This is an opportunity for students to sign yearbooks, have refreshments, enjoy a photo booth, and to hear some of the student speeches not performed at promotion. There are a few spots left for parents to donate some food or supplies (http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0845a4ad22a2f85-endofyear ) I realize all of the volunteer spots are filled. If you would like to volunteer for the event, please email me.
